Hello friends and family back home!
Our group is doing great great great!!! A lot has happened since the last post including a day trip to Venice, transferring from Florence to Rome with a stop in Assisi and an Agriturismo where we met and fell in love with Olive Oil expert Johnny Madge (http://www.johnnymadge.com), arriving in Rome and having full tours of the Vatican Museum (including the Sistine Chapel), St. Peter's Basilica, The Colosseum, The Forum and Palatine Hill.
Everyone is doing amazingly well. We are walking almost as much as we are eating (and drinking!). Everyone is happy and enjoying their time in Italy. Tomorrow is our full free day in Rome for our group to venture off before we regroup for dinner. The day after tomorrow we'll be relaxing by the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast.
The best way to describe our last few days would be with some pictures... unfortunately due to some technical difficulties here I'm unable to post some pictures but should be able to tomorrow. Please check back tomorrow morning by the time you wake up :-)
